Odpowiednia suplementacja środkami ziołowymi ma pozytywny wpływ na nasze zdrowie. A więc kiedy stosować zioła na żołądek? Refluks żołądka, zgaga, niestrawność i wrzody to tylko kilka dolegliwości, z którymi spotykamy się po spożyciu m.in. zbyt tłustych potraw. Działa rozkurczowo na mięśnie gładkie, które umiejscowione są w przewodzie pokarmowym. Warto jednak pamiętać, że wszelkiego rodzaju suplementy z dziurawca zawierają hiperycynę. Przy jej długotrwałym stosowaniu należy uważać na promienie słoneczne. Nawet krótkie działanie promieni UV może powodować m.in. zaczerwienienie lub oparzenie skóry. Liście melisy rozluźniają i łagodzą skurcze dzięki przeciwskurczowym i kojącym składnikom. Z drugiej strony melisa chroni żołądek i wykazuje właściwości przeciwzapalne.
